Spinning buns- Austin Retail Space Requirement

Spinning Buns is a unique fast-casual dessert concept specializing in made-to-order sealed brioche sandwiches filled with popular flavors such as Nutella, Biscoff, peanut butter, marshmallow, and other specialty combinations.

The concept is designed for a compact, high-traffic retail location and requires no frying, no exhaust hood, and no heavy cooking. We are seeking approximately 500–1,200 SF in the Austin area, with strong pedestrian traffic or excellent visibility from a major traffic generator.
